		<description>Good point about keeping a notebook close by. Always having a capture tool within arm&#039;s reach, as you do, is critical. If it takes longer than half a minute to  find something to jot something down, it probably won&#039;t get jotted down, at least on a regular basis.</description>

I agree. Once I write something down, there&#039;s a sense of relief - I know that I don&#039;t need to try and remember it anymore. This is why I have a notebook everywhere, including next to my bed and in the car.</description>
