Each time I sit down (yes, I re-do this each week) I actually write a sentence or two identifying the PURPOSE (the big WHY) of me cleaning up, capturing everything, and scanning my work and my world for the next 60 minutes. I put that &quot;affirmation&quot; where I can see it and look at it every now and again during the weekly review.</description>
