Avoiding a single point of failure is a common practice in tech, but this is the first time I've seen it applied to the analog practice of keeping a dayplanner. Good point to consider. Likewise, I keep my stream of thought distributed between a notepad, post its, journal, and ultimately, an online task management system. The cool thing about having it online is that the data is available wherever you are at.
